 024 Queen - A Night At The Opera (1975)

 

 한국인의 사랑을 가장 많이 받는 락 밴드이자 음악적 본질은 무시된 채 보잘 것 없는 팝 밴드로 폄하

되기도 하는 퀸은 70년대에 어떻게 이런 류의 음악을 들려주었는지 믿을 수 없을 정도로 시대를 앞서

나간 축에 속한다.
 퀸에 대한 평가가 여타 다른 고전 락 그룹들에 비해 상대적으로 부각되지 않는 이유는 수많은 추종 세

력을 양산했던 그룹들과 달리 퀸의 뒤를 이은 아류들이 당시에 전무했다는 점에 있다고 보는데...
 이건 락 밴드로서 퀸이 얼마나 탁월한 오리지널리티와 작곡능력을 지니고 있었느냐에 대한 증거임에

틀림없다.
